Recognised as Banyan Tree’s award-winning signature Thai restaurant, Saffron is renowned for elevating traditional Thai cuisine through refined techniques, premium ingredients, and contemporary presentation. For two exclusive evenings, Chef Day will bring Saffron’s distinctive culinary philosophy to Koh Samui, presenting an exceptional dining experience that celebrates authentic Thai flavours with an innovative twist.
Guests can savour specially curated set menus showcasing the richness and diversity of Thai cuisine, thoughtfully crafted to highlight seasonal ingredients and regional influences. The experience will be further enhanced by live music performances, creating an elegant and memorable atmosphere throughout the evening.
